Do I have cavity walls? 

If your home was built after the 1930s then it will probably have cavity walls rather than solid walls.  To check, take a look at the brick work outside. Cavity walls follow a regimented pattern of bricks laid lengthways. With solid walls you will see brick ends as well as long sides.

If you are still unsure, call Cocoon and we can send an installer to your property to identify whether you have cavity walls and if they are insulated, free of charge. Even if your home was built as recently as the 1990s, its cavity walls may not have been insulated.
